Partnership applications
Company and contact data, areas of interest, messages and optional documents are processed to review and handle the application. Uploaded documents are not exposed by the theme as public Media Library URLs.
Status links
A random secure token is generated for status access. The system stores a hash plus an encrypted form for later status-email delivery.
Notifications are sent to partners@ketgroup.de and to the business email provided by the applicant. Actual delivery depends on server/SMTP configuration.
AI module
By default KET Intelligence operates in curated Knowledge Mode without sending text to an external AI provider. If a server-side external AI endpoint is activated, this notice must be updated before launch.
Cookies and analytics
The theme does not load external analytics or marketing scripts by default. Session Storage is used only to avoid replaying the intro during the same browser session.
